All the prints in the packages are photographic prints. They may not be substituted for gallery wraps or acrylic prints.

-the session fee is for the photographer's time & talent only and does not include a print credit
-the session fee is due at the time of your portrait session and is non-refundable
-approximately 3 days after your portrait session, your online gallery will be available for you to view your proofs; the online gallery will be posted for 7 days only and it is highly recommended that you place your order within this time period
-a $25 fee will be assessed if your online gallery needs to be reposted
-a minimum purchase of $200 is required at each session; this also applies to any reorders
-all digital images will be kept for a period of 6 months after session
-digital images (35-50) from one session may be purchased for $500 ; however, no single digital file may be purchased
-due to the custom nature of portraits, print orders must be paid in full when order is placed and all sales are final
-Pistachio Lane accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks & cash for payment
-a $25 fee will be required on any returned checks
-all images are the exclusive property of Pistachio Lane, Inc. and are protected under the federal copyright laws; any reproduction without written consent is prohibited

The baby club session fee of $250 is due at the time of your first sitting. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee. You may use the baby club for twins and triplets as well.
The sessions will expire two years after the first sitting.
Newborn sessions must take place before the baby is 10 days old.
The baby club is designed to capture the first moments of your baby's life. Please note that the sessions are for the baby and the immediate family only (mom, dad & siblings). All photos taken must have the baby included. No single shots of the siblings will be taken during a baby club session.
A minimum purchase of $150 is required at each session.
With the purchase of a Tickles Collection package, you will receive a CD of 15-20 digital images from the current session.
You must complete each session to take advantage of the special pricing. If one session is missed, the baby club will be cancelled.
You will receive a custom 8x8 baby book after you have completed all five sessions.
